This program helps lymphedema thrivers shift their perspective on lymphatic health at it relates to lymphedema, self-perception, and building relationships within their communities. It is about accepting where we are in our journey and using this opportunity to build ourselves anew through education, advocacy, and motivation.
The 21-Day Wellness Challenge bridges the gap between the lymphatic community and the rest of the world. Everyone has a lymphatic system (for the most part), and the world needs to understand the dangers of a malfunctioning lymphatic system.
THIS CHALLENGE IS FOR EVERYONE, not just lymphedema thrivers.
The goal of this program is to encourage engagement within our community and to boost overall well-being by fostering a friendly competition that supports you and your fellow lymphedema thrivers to build healthy habits.

Tier 1 - $50: Entry + Lymphedema Thriver Box
Tier 2 - $65: Entry + Lymphedema Thriver Box with t-shirt
Tier 3 - $70: Entry + Lymphedema Thriver Box with t-shirt & bracelet
Tier 4 - $85: Entry + Lymphedema Thriver Box with t-shirt, bracelet & water bottle

So what does this challenge consist of?
Each Ninja starts with a white belt; they will move up in the belt colors as they complete each challenge.
You will receive a custom box filled with tools and goodies that will keep you on track during each challenge.
Private Facebook Group for community support including live cooking lessons, fitness programs, journaling, guest speakers, and much more!
